Site layouts for the financier's private Caribbean island featured within the photographs.
Additionally featured in this recent document drop appears to be a property layout for the Great St James island, situated in the Caribbean US territory.
Epstein acquired a smaller island - Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the more expansive Great St James in the year 2016 for a sum of $22.5 million.
These photos indicate he had drawn up ambitious plans to develop the 161-acre island by building residences, an amphitheatre, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the drawing is a channel, a strait in the US Virgin Islands, marked on the bottom right.
The site plan is annotated in notations in red and includes a legend detailing various parts of the estate.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine property layouts and construction drawings, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
Further documentation made public as part of the current oversight process.
